We are Tish and Sara, best friends for over 20 years! Our passion lies in sourcing pre-loved items while embracing the entrepreneurial spirit. Together, we have launched five businesses: a plant shop, a vintage shop, a doughnut shop, a photography business, and an interior design venture. We truly love taking risks—can you tell?

Our passion for vintage treasures, pre-loved finds, and thrifted gems knows no bounds. Over the past two decades, including ten adventurous years spent in two different states, we've delighted in curating cherished items for both our homes and wardrobes. In 2020, we proudly launched the 1964 Haus of Modern Vintage, but, unfortunately, had to close our doors a couple of years later. Since then, we have continued to seek out and celebrate the beauty of pre-loved pieces in our lives.

We’re thrilled to announce that we’re BACK! We still have some vintage treasures from our shop, and we continue to discover an array of beautiful pieces. It’s exciting to return to this space and connect with fellow enthusiasts who share our love for pre-loved items.
